Interface Tourism Spain co-ordinates meetings with the key stakeholders of the movie: Air Canada, Expedia, Brand USA and the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias.
Co-ordinate individual radio and TV appointments with the Vice President of Communications of Brand USA
Events logistics – organise and co-ordinate all events aspects at the “L ́ Hémisferic” in Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias in Valencia
Organize a private concert at the venue for attendees.
Organize a welcome “Mardi Grass” style parade at the beginning of the event
Manage all operational aspects of the show.
